Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and was addressed in Notes
5.0.4 Client.
Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino Release 5.0.4 QMR fix list:
Client
SPR# CDCO4GYK2L, SEOR4GXM6Y - Fixed an inconsistency that caused an incorrect
document to have focus during a QueryClose event execution of an @ formula.
This problem only occurred when the documents were rendered within frames.

Workaround:
If Notes 5.0.4 is not immediately available then, if applicable, one can use
LotusScript rather than a formula to perform the desired operation. When using
LotusScript be sure to use the event's Source variable to get a handle to the
document rather than using the CurrentDocument property. For more information
